I've got around 100 div in currency, looking for a fun last build for the league. Only really expensive items I have are a mageblood and a diamond shrine belt. No specific goals, just want to at least be able to blast t16s, and handle pinnacle bosses. So far I've got a BV chief (stupid powerful but I'm tired of making sure I keep BV up) and a forged frostbearers necro.

Always wanted to try spark, but it's probably out of my price range. I haven't played a shadow build in a while, but most of them look squishy or do crap damage (chaos dot trickster).

Any suggestions? Meta, non-meta, whatever.

I know I can strip off the crap fire res with an eldritch annul. Is there any way I can guarantee (bench craft, I guess?) adding a good resist and spell suppress? Or do I have to keep banging away with essences and hope for t1 max and increased ES, along with a good resist?

What is the best/easiest/cheapest/combination of all three way to craft a pretty good phys DPS staff for cyclone of tumult? Alt spam/recomb, essence of contempt, reforge phys? And am I aiming for high tier increased phys damage, or hybrid increased phys damage/accuracy? Having shit luck so far.
