Crohn's disease destroyed my peak years but i have gradually recovered.
so the symptoms started showing up in 2023 when i was 22. regular diarrhoea, loose stools, etc. Colonscopy showed ulcer in ileum. After keeping me on steroids for 3 months i was still losing weight. But from 2025 i started gaining weight. I was following no gluten and no lactose diet and it helped me.
