Hi everyone, so I've bought quite a few items on vinted and never had a problem. I found a small metallic shelf that I had been looking for a long time in another country and bought it. The seller packed the shelf with only one layer of plastic, literally NO protection. When I opened it, one of the feet of it was bent. The shelf is still usable, but it's unstable. I want to keep this shelf as I had been looking for it for so long, but I feel like it is only fair to get a partial refund, as it was the seller's fault for not having packed it properly. She doesn't want to refund me and wants me to send the item back, so she put in place the reshipping process and now either I ship it back or I keep it and I pay full price for a broken item. Is there anything I can do?
