Long story short. I used to work with a partner. And she scammed one our clients.

So the client and me we both have sent this scammer formal notices via attorneys.

The question is whether the client will be able to recoup her money or paid objects ?

I have a problem with my business partner. She scammed people and me. So I am trying to boot her out. But she refuses to go. And although there are currently 4 suits against her. She took a lawyer and is trying to fight against the 4 of us.
