The Physics p4 violated me infront of the entire hall, am I cooked?

The p4 had me feeling like a Vietnam vet dude am I genuinely cooked if I do ass in p4 but lock in for the other 4 papers? It's not even that I didn't study, I did and I forgot it in the hall and cause of lack of sleep all that played in my mind were reels and before I knew it the paper was brutally ripped from my feeble hands. I'm probably getting..like..hopefully above 40 bruh...a lobotomized baby would have performed better than me and honestly I think they could medically diagnose me with clinical retardation on basis of that paper. Is it over if the P4 is bad? Can I bounce back if I do mind numbingly amazing in the other four papers?

Throughout alevels I did not do a single past paper for bio and have been getting around As in the sessionals and Bs in mids and mocks, but are examiners as strict as everyone says? My paper is the day after tomorrow and I've not done much so I need to pull allnighter or so today and memorize the book, if I'm being generous I'd say I'll have maybe 6 hours for past papers tomorrow, would that be enough? Or is it time to sleepmaxx and give up

Basically the title, I've read that it's painful but also that the person thrashes around and tries to get it off and that it feels like hours of suffocation, but what exactly does it feel like? How painful is it? Say it's self strangulation
