Study Advice

After doing arts my whole life I became interested in math and physics about 1,5 years ago. It’s a long story, but I have decided that I want to switch from a design school to a technical uni. For that I need to pass dutch high school VWO Natuurkunde and Wiskunde B exams.

Since then I’ve had quite a journey of collecting all the required materials from wherever I could. Started with EdX online courses (found them too isolated from exam prep), then went to an evening college specifically focused on the exam prep (they were too fast paced due to being for those who are just rehearsing the course), and now I have weekly classes

one-on-one with a tutor who answers my questions and helps with lots of things.

Overall we do it this way:

One week math, one week physics. I have a list of all the topics that are in the exams. I watch youtube videos (eg Menno or Wietsma), do exercises from dutch study books (examenbundel, samengevat, getal en ruimte, natuurkunde uitgelegd) and practice on the actual exams from previous years, of course. Overall I do as much as I can while still doing the other degree, which is multiple hour long sessions multiple times a week.

I’ll be doing Boswell Beta exams in the middle of August because that’s the latest I could pick for this academic year and because I understood they’re closer to the dutch program compared to CCVX. If I don’t pass I’ll try again next year.

My question is, does anyone have any advice on top of this? I really want to make sure that I’m not missing anything that could help me pass the exams. Secret techniques? Spells? Prayers?
