Hey all, classic blister care question here!

My shoes are half a size up which was recommended to me, but I've noticed my feet are moving around inside them as I walk.

I've got a couple of blisters on the soles of my feet. I'm thinking to buy some silk liners if I can find them, or even just some sports socks to double up. Would insoles help me?

Any tips on where I might find those things, or anything else I can buy here in Portugal to help me, would be hugely appreciated.

I'm currently in Povoa de Varzim and hoping to walk to Esposende today if I can manage it.
