Hi, I'm nonbinary in a transmasc direction, and I'm pretty sure I have PCOS/PMOS, though I haven't been diagnosed because of shitty medical care. (Long story. I "didn't have enough cysts." I have every other symptom.)

I really want to go on T, I'm experiencing dysphoria living as a woman, but I'm concerned about starting it while already having a condition that raises your T & androgens?? And I'm in a severely Republican state so I'm afraid of asking doctors this question, so here I am asking reddit. Any trans guys have input on this? Did it affect your transition? Weird side effects?

Where do I even begin to deal with this? Ignore the PCOS/PMOS, and just go on T via informed consent? Or treat the PCOS/PMOS first, and postpone transition??
