Requirement: budget friendly, clean ui, long lasting, best battery life

What should be the best phone to buy for my father as the current phones both samsung J7 prime and J7 max became shit, their keys are not working properly with heavy battery drainage. He is a normal mobile user mainly use phone for calling listening music on youtube.

Want a phone that should last long both battery and device and easy simple user interface to use. He has been using samsung J7 prime since it's launch so complicated settings will make him difficult.
