Does anyone know what's going on there? 1806 Park Ave, Weehawken Township, NJ 07086

Every time I drive on Park Ave, heading southbound towards Hoboken, I look to my right and see men in protective gear who look like heavily armed security guards guarding the alley. Does anyone know what's going on there?
