I have this weird spot thing inside my nose that won’t heal, it comes and goes but never spread it’s in the same place and seems to come back even if I slightly rub my nose. It doesn’t affect me or doesn’t do anything else it’s just there and it hurts. I’ve tried taking photos but it’s difficult because it’s right at the top under the tip of my nose inside. I do have a nose pericing but I’ve changed it cleaned it I’ve applied savalon but that doesn’t seem to help it either. Any help please would be greatly appreciated thanks
