anyone seen this before? connection path shows no issues, device is offline. have to take the battery out, back in for it to work or wait however long it takes (between minutes and hours)

I'm using tv as MoT hub, every now and then when I turn the tv off, some of my devices go offline and i have to remove batteries/unplug for a few seconds for them to work again.
same devices are connected to google streamer and ikea dirigera and they stay connected to those hubs
anyone else experiencing that? any fixes?

trying to set up a routine where if button pressed then a plug will turn itself on at a specific time.
anyone got an idea on how to do it? the only specific time thing i found is daily routine but that's not what I'm after
