

Loaf
Wasn’t sure what flair to use, but this is my second loaf after recently reviving my starter after 6 months of no use. Life took over and I just had no energy for it. I’m sure there’s things I can improve on, but pretty happy overall.
Recipe:
500g Bread Flour
340g water
130g starter
10g salt
Mixed and did 6 folds of 30 min intervals. Kitchen was pretty hot from cooking, so dough looked pretty risen by the time I was done with the last fold.
Set in fridge for 2 days.
Pre-heat the cloche to 500° for 30 minutes.
I take the loaf out and did the slices.
I bake for 20 minutes covered.
I bake between 5-10 minutes uncovered or just until it looks toasty.
Currently letting it cool. Haha.
