Inspection results, how bad is it?

First time home buyers, our offer was accepted and we just got the inspection results. We don't know if these results are to be expected for a house built in 1939 or are these deal breaker type results? Seller says they fixed the mold problem and have receipts, but should there still be visible mold? The termite damage looks rough, is that a concern for structural integrity? My realtor already said that the seller would not agree to replace/fix any of the damaged wood. I'd appreciate any advice.

I am currently on the 9mg dose but I am struggling with a lot of stomach issues and sulfur burps. I have made changes to my diet, but I'm guessing it's not enough or maybe I'm still overeating. I'm wondering if it's a good idea to go up the 25mg dose and hope that the food noise will get even better and as well as feeling full quicker and in turn it would help reduce the bad side effects or would the bad side effects just get worse at a higher dose? Has anyone else gone through this?
