Strength Training Advice
Hey all! I’m newish to pole (level 1) and I want to start doing more outside of class to get stronger. I’m considering a personal trainer because I’m bad at just going to the gym and doing things on my own but I’ve also heard pilates is a good form of low impact strength training so I thought that might be helpful. Curious if anyone here has experience with either or other suggestions. TIA 💖
