Blinkit support asked for a replacement time slot, then completely ghosted my follow-up. What should expect?
I had an issue with a recent Blinkit order,OrdID-ORD42040040375 and their support team emailed me saying it's eligible for a replacement. They asked me to pick a time slot. I
requested 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM today. It got very close to that window, so I
followed up to get confirmation, but I received zero response.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Do they usually just show up during the requested time without confirming, or am I probably not getting this replacement tonight?
