Seems to always be errors in comp reports. Points missing or even whole policies. Anyone know how this works? Are they pulled directly from the system by the system, or is it done manually? Changes have supposedly have August already messed up and July seems off also.
Allstate takes over Nat Gen and now they just dont care what they do to their employees. Nor do they care about turnover.
Seems there's some misunderstanding on how QA in DPS is run. Been told some of it is AI, which isnt perfect. And QA reps arent calibrated at all. And its too the point that its not even " a thing" now. Dont know what to believe .
Im just questioning how much market leaders make? I know part of their salary depends on performance of others. But im sure they get a base. Ive been offered a position and I dont figure the stress of it will be worth it.

Lots of people have turned in their notices for their departure from Allstate/Nat Gen. Is it because of the comp change? Other reasons? Im on the fence on what to do. DPS had 3 leave today that I know of and I'm sure there's many others
Was hearing about a companywide shift bid for direct sales in July. Was that just a fly by night comment? Has anything else been said?
