Please can somebody help me with this issue I’ve been having . So I just got my first 3d print a gender 3 v2 and I tried going to the website to download the software for it and it refused to even make a desktop shortcut or startup so I downloaded a slightly older version which worked to start with but as you can see it will open then immediately close again.
