Room upgrade at a Hilton hotel
We have two nights book at the Canopy by Hilton in Scottsdale this weekend.
Hoping to get a room upgrade if it is available. My question is does that go away if I go ahead and check in online via Hilton app? Should I wait and check in at the front desk?
