So i have tried updating my bios multiple times via the gcc and after the update it continues to show up as an update i need to do. I realised that the version it says i have installed is showing as the same as the updates version. It also says the version is 6 days old if im not mistaken so surely i have the latest version. Was the update succesful and this is just a glitch? It doesnt seem to go away and i get the notification that i have an important update everytime i turn on my device. I also read online u dont neccesarily need to update the bios but its still bugging me. Its a gaming laptop btw. New to this stuff so im probably clueless😭 thx for any help.
