Hi everybody

I’m pulling my hair out arguing with somebody. He is adamant that Financial Fair Play has been a full positive for the PL. I disagree as I think it is textbook pulling the ladder up by more financially secure clubs, and it stifles what could be healthy growth and opportunities for smaller clubs to become competitive.

What are your guys thoughts ?
