Red spots on fingers that blanch when pressed, not itchy but painful

Have these red spots on my fingertips that come & go. Seems like some sort of flare up. When you pressed them, they blanch but have a burning feeling. They’re not itchy pre say but they do hurt especially when you touch them. Anyone familiar with having these on their fingers and gotten any type of diagnosis? Its not hand foot mouth bc ive had them reappear within the last 6 months. Anyone can lead me in the right direction.
