So last week I ordered a guitar of Muziker. Sadly the inly delivery options were dpd or gls. Everything went well jntil friday afternoon when it was supposed to be delivered between 17:00 and 18:00, 17:31 j get a message that its been delivered. No driver seen in my street or anywhere jn my neighbourhood. So todag i contact my sender and dpd as well. I get send a delivered proof with a signature, not mine. They faked my signature and just never delivered the packages. So i called dpd and i told them i see this as fraud. But they refuse to do anything and tell me to go to muziker to let them start some research or something.

What a joke of a company is this, they fake a delivery and then refuse to help.

UPDATE: i finally received the package. The driver said he somehow misplaced it. Very interesting since thag would be in an entirely different neighborhood. I have filed a complaint with both dpd and the seller. Dpd has not reacted, the seller has and is officially startjng an investigation about the driver just randomly signing for it. I wonder wether ill get an ipdate regarding this but i doubt it.
