I am on GitHub copilot yearly plan. What to do?

I’m currently on GitHub copilots annual plan. I just saw the new multipliers. Since I am mostly using sonnet 4.6, my premium requests will burn 9x faster than currently starting next month!
Do you think I should cancel and switch to Claude pro?

Are you cancelling your GitHub copilot subscriptions?

After the recent pricing model change I saw that I can cancel and refund my pro subscription. What is your guys thought on that? Which alternative would you choose? I am thinking about Claude pro or cursor.

About two years ago I switched jobs from app development to web development. I didn't want to lose my React Native skills, so I started a side project mostly to keep them sharp and have something real to show on my CV.

I'd been using Pomodoro apps for years (already started using the pomodoro technique back at university), so I thought that might be the perfect starting point.

I was actually amazed about how many great features you can add to a pomodoro app.

When starting out, I told myself I'd ship it, put it in the stores (and my CV) and move on. Instead I kept going. Refined the design. Rebuilt things I wasn't happy with. I even added a Web app and optimized my marketing website.

Then a few months ago, Apple featured it.

I still don't fully believe that happened. It was such a cool feeling to see millions of impressions during that week.

I'm sharing this now because I want to see how far this can actually go. The screen recording below shows what the app looks like today. I am constantly resisting the UI/UX and I really try to ship every feature my users are asking for. Currently, I am working on integrating Google tasks, Microsoft to-do and todoist.

I would love to hear what you think and every feedback is more than welcome! ✌️
