Hey, running into a frustrating issue and hoping someone here has seen this before.
My ad account is restricted with the message: Verification required to advertise. When I click Verify Now, I get:
We're sorry, there's a technical problem with this feature. We're working on getting it fixed.
Some context: the account is 5 months old, no issues whatsoever before this, and we've spent over 12,000 EUR on ads through it.
Here's what I've already tried: cleared cache and cookies, tried different browsers and incognito, contacted Meta Support multiple times with no real help, checked Security Center and Business Verification is Verified since January 2026, re-submitted business verification 5 days ago and still pending despite them saying 2 days.
So the business is already verified but the ad account is still restricted and I can't get past the technical error on the Verify Now button.
Has anyone managed to fix this? Is there a direct URL or workaround to bypass the broken button? Any specific way to escalate with Meta support that actually works?
Running ads for clients so this is pretty urgent. Any help appreciated.
