After receiving this cheap plywood POD infested with mold - we spent 2 hours (45 minutes on hold to talk to first person) trying to get it resolved. Only to be told they couldn’t get a replacement out for 5 days - which didn’t work for our move. We requested to cancel and they are charging us a cancellation fee, plus the drop off and pick up fee. All in all, this health hazard polluting our property has cost me $1000 FOR NOTHING. It’s been 4 days and PODs has not returned any of my inquired into getting a refund. Truly a terrible company start to finish.
