What are your thoughts on the Hanover Republic Square apartments? Been thinking about moving here but wanted to get some ideas from locals and current residents

Looking at some 2bd/2ba apartments in downtown Austin, and this is what came back:

1. Hanover Republic Square
2. 5th st commons
3. AMLI 300
4. Seven

Any thoughts here? Should we look into some other apartments? Price range is $5500 and below.

Side note - looking for a luxury gym as well near the apartment, would love some recs there as well
