I have a question about the Replacement Room at IATSE local 1, I currently work as a handyman in building maintenance, but I have worked on a bunch of indie film sets and projects as a grip & electric and fell in love with the technical side of all things lighting, I know some things about being a stagehand but it really interests me. I was thinking about going to the replacement room is there anything I should know? Thank you.
