Windows 11 PC randomly froze whilst on chrome, looked like some application was opening in the background, then the screen went black except for a gray rectangle before crashing. There is no history of this happening. I don't tend to download sketchy things often (especially not of late). There is a faulty hard drive that threw up some errors a couple months ago, but that hasn't really caused any issues.
Is there any way for me to find out the excact chain of events that occoured for this crash to happen? Like any random application trying to start up? I'm not too good with tech and am having trouble decoding the eventviewer logs.
I know this isn't the most helpful but there really isnt any major things I can attribute this too. I do take apart the PC once in a long while to clean out dust but this never happened before.
