What triggers it for you?

The weirdest part of having this issue has been figuring out what my triggers are, the why, the when, and the how. The biggest one for me is below freezing temperature as for some reason the colder it gets the worse my symptoms are but they only happen when I start to warm back up. This last winter in New England was pretty cold and thats what made me finally try to figure out why I was getting so lightheaded during the winter time. I've also noticed that whenever I get anxious enough it gets my symptoms popping off and it becomes a bit of a vicious cycle though not as bad as the cold. Thirdly doing a lot of physical labor when I'm tired pops it off for me too.

I ask about other peoples triggers because the cold being my trigger is what made my doctor search in all these different directions before I finally noted the pattern of always having at least 120 bpm when at the doctors. Started testing at home and work when the worst symptoms came and boom, EKG the next time I went.
