I got my dream dress!! +Washing question

Fancy hospital has been my dream dress ever since it released, and I just got it in the mail today! I got an amazing deal on it and I couldn't be happier. But since this is my first time owning an AP dress in a darker colorway I'm not sure about the safest way to wash it. I typically hand wash all of my lolita dresses by hand in cold water with an unscented detergent and hang dry them. Does anyone else who owns this dress (or any similar ones) know if that method is safe?

Wardrobe Building Question (Accessories)

So I'd say I have a decent amount of main pieces and basics like blouses, petticoats and shoes so far, but I'm struggling to find versatile accessories that are good quality and affordable. Most of the ones I have are specific to one main piece, like the matching KC or jewelry that matches the print. If anyone has suggestions on where to get more basic accessories like socks, wristcuffs and hair accessories for a mostly sweet wardrobe I'd love to know! I also wouldn't mind recommendations for brands or shops that sell yamikawaii or menhera accessories that would work with lolita, since that's a print motif I like to collect :) I have some stuff from zombieunicornjewelry on Etsy, but I'd love to have more options
