All you need to do
SATS:
Relax your body, the goal of everything that is about to happen is just to experience* *
Think of your desire,
feel the want,
the desperation in your body,
and allow yourself to experience it,
just let it be there without any wish to do anything with it,
If you struggle to do that Say “Where is this desire in my body?” And focus on your body
If there is judgement there about your desire or what you are doing right now, positive or negative, ask yourself “what am I trying to avoid feeling right now” and feel that in your body
Feel it all, it will be calm at some point, almost breathable, like space has entered and suddenly you are not so desperate for the desire anymore.
Next —> when you feel lighter, and breathable around the desire, now we can begin SATS
Construct a scene that would happen or be there if you had your desire, it doesn’t have to be complete at all
And then just be in the scene,
Actually Feel / sense / touch what you would feel
Actually See what you would see
Actually hear what you would hear
Actually smell what you would smell
Actually taste what you would taste
Like ACTUALLY, like seriously, DON’T THINK about hearing, actually HEAR ! SEE FEEL TOUCH TASTE (you’ll see what I mean when you try it)
Focus only on your body, let go your thoughts they are less than important they are irrelevant
And then,
let go of the image,
and stay in the feeling that your body is in
After that…just drift off to sleep 😴 💤 💫
