Issues with long stays and getting Diamond Reserve status
I’m having issues getting my account updated with Hilton. I’ve stayed at the same hotel for several months now and reached the nights requirement a while ago. On May 25th I passed the $18k threshold for diamond reserve and waited for my status to update. It didn’t. Thought that I just needed the next set of nights to be charged through but that happened yesterday and status still didn’t update but shows I’m less than a $100 away.
I called went to the front desk and they are seeing that I have paid over $18k but wasn’t able to help. Called Hilton and they said the same thing the app did. Sent an email and they are seeing the same.
Why is the hotel showing I’ve already paid over $19k but Hilton isn’t able to update my status? And how do in fix it other than waiting another week for them to charge me again?
