Hi all, I have a client who seems to be ranking pretty well for these searches (these are just results in the last 24h, his local ranking is pretty good still, but I understand that there might be better searches to rank for), but the CTR is really low. I don't want to post specifics so I don't doxx him, but I'm just wondering what you guys have seen works to improve the CTR when the impressions are high.

These are the results for two location pages, each of which is tied to a different GBP for the client. The GBPs used to have overlapping areas, but I broke them up after I took over his SEO to avoid cannibalization.
