I'd like to know if it's worth returning to any of these games.

I'll try to keep this short. I recently decided I want to return to one of these gacha games (I only want to return to one; I don't want to play several at once). However, among all the information I've found online, there's a lot of conflicting information, so I've decided to list the games I'm considering, along with the reasons I dropped them. I want to know if it's worth returning now and if the reasons I dropped them have been resolved or improved.

Note 1: I don't care about Twitter controversies or voice actor debates or that kind of thing.

Note 2: I've always been a free-to-play player. I'd like to know if the game has become more aggressive against free-to-play players.

Note 3: I haven't been completely out of touch, and I'll list some rumors I've heard. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

  1. Genshin Impact: I dropped the game before Natlan because there were several boring patches and the story disappointed me a lot. The combat is okay, but nothing special. I've heard that the post-Fontaine story is pretty bad (I almost went back when I saw some clips of Varka and that we were going back to Mondstadt, but I think it was just a patch).

  2. Zenless Zone Zero: I quit the game at the end of version 2.0 because the story from Astra to the end of version 2.0 was just meh. The thing I liked most about the game was its combat system, but there came a point where the other aspects took over. I felt it lacked content and was very repetitive.

  3. Arknights Enfield: I never played the original. I played it for about a week and I can say that the game's passing left me very cold. I know it just came out, but I felt it lacked content, and its story is like the beginning of ZZZ, where absolutely nothing makes sense.

  4. Neverless to Everness: I recently started it and casually liked it, but 1) its story is slow, 2) the game is very unpolished, and I feel like by trying to do too much, it achieves nothing, and I'm afraid it will end up shutting down like other gacha games.

Final notes:

The only one I play constantly is Star Rail because its story is very good, but I want a game that I can delve into more deeply and that isn't turn-based.

The gacha game should have a PC port because I don't like playing on my phone. My computer is quite decent, so resources aren't a problem.

Lastly, if you feel there's a gacha game I haven't mentioned that could meet expectations and isn't too niche, please comment.
