Considering making a change to Construction Managment

I'm looking for some advice. I've worked in the Sports Production industry for 10 years and I'm looking to switch careers before every last entertainment job is taken by AI. I have always been intrigued by trades, construction and working with my hands. I think I would actually make a good Superintendent down the line but I need some advice on the best way to enter into the workforce?

I know a lot of people have degrees in construction management but is that necessary for even securing an assistant manager or coordinator roles? Can I get a certificate instead of an associates or bachelor's? I already have a Bachelors in Film + Video Production and I just cant justify paying for college all over again.

Kobra 3 seems to have constant problems

I've had the Kobra 3 combo for about 6 months and it seems like every single print I run into 1 problem or another. I think my biggest problem is the Ace Pro is a pos and the guy I bought it from did all kinds of custom changes to it where I had to go in and re-tube everything. It was working fine for about a week but now it keeps getting extruder errors. It'll not work at all and then I'll sort of guide the filament to where it needs to go and it'll print ok. Then it'll constantly push the filament back above the print head and then back into the print head and then back above the print head over and over until it just times out. There's nothing stuck and when it does finally print it seems like the filament heats and dries just fine. I just don't see why every time I try to print something I have to troubleshoot it. Feel like I'm missing something here. It eventually works okay so I feel like it's not a hardware error. Any advice on what might be happening or how to get it to print correctly right off the bat would be helpful. Thanks!
