This whole process was a pain. I don't text this much with my own mother and still they manage to fuck things up constantly. They already blew it up in Europe and finally a month after ordering, tons of messages back and forth, I received my package. Guess what? In it, there's only the tablet that supposed to be a gift and no phone. I'm really dead tired with this company at this point.

Anyone else with the same experience? Should I just cancel this whole thing and ask for a refund?
