The bank was really Unhelpful in giving out the details of which cyber branch gave the order to put a lien on my account. Didn't even tell me the details of the lien. So now what to i do? Leave the account as it is and move on with a new bank account from another bank. Because i feel I've done what needs to be done and the bank wasn't really helpful. Would love your Best suggestion. Either to move on or continue my battle in removing the lien. Thank you.

So a month ago i won 5500 rs through an online betting gaming app. I withdrew the money and 6 days later i got a notification from the bank that a hold has been placed by the bank for rs 5500, i visited the bank for confirmation and they told me to visit the cyber branch first. Before proceeding to the cyber branch i want to know if this would turn into a legal court procedure. Please help.
