10 years of heavy Kratom Use and it's climax--Hoping these "withdrawals" are normal for PAWS
A decade ago I made the mistake of opening that door for the first time of kratom. And like most people is was very benign, much like the devil would have drawn up... No side affects, cheap, legal, energy boost, feel good, helped me not drink. But of course that's not how it ended up as years later I was going through a kilo every 4 days, making kratom tea so strong one cup would knock a normal person out but my cup was a pitcher.
I had switched to tea because my gut was sounding like a washing machine whenever I drank the sludge or ate but eventually the sound accompanied the tea as well along with severe ringing ears. But the tea at least could still mess me up at such an insane dosage. Should also add I constantly had a nicotine pouch in even when sleeping as this plays in later.
It wasn't too long now on the stage of tea that I started getting aches in my chest, was tired all the time, was getting dizzy at work, would feel like I was passing out, night sweats very badly, so decided to quit on a fast taper using extracts and just going from several to 2 to 1 and then spacing it out longer and longer...strange taper I know but it worked considering how much I had been consuming.
Now I'm on like day 40 and it still sucks I have no energy at times, forcing myself to exercise, but my digestive system is way better and I've gained a lot of weight. The nicotine has been hard as every time I use a pouch it makes me instantly fatigued if anyone can explain that. I recently bought some SETT pouches which are creatine with L-theanine nicotine replacement dealios and honestly they've been great and do not make me tired. I still have the ringing in the ears, and I keep waking up after like 4 hours even tho I'm dead tired going to bed and toss and turn for a few hours but if I push it past that I feel like I can't get out of bed! Sucks cause I feel that's not helping my fatigue.. any advice?
