How do you handle booking inquiries from Messenger/WhatsApp?
Solo party rental operator here. Curious how other service business owners handle this:
Customer messages me on Facebook Marketplace. Conversation goes 30 messages deep. Date, items, address, deposit scattered everywhere. I copy details to a spreadsheet by hand, sometimes miss something, occasionally double-book.
What's your workflow? Spreadsheet? CRM? Just memory?
Also curious if photographers, wedding vendors, cleaners, etc. deal with the same chaos or if it's just a rentals thing.
