I'm at my wit's end. Every single time I try to buy something on Amazon with my Fidelity Visa, the transaction gets declined. This only happens on Amazon - every other store works perfectly fine
I've called Fidelity customer service about 10 times now. Each time, they "unlock" something on their end and I can complete my purchase. But the next Amazon order? Declined again. Same cycle
When I asked them to fix it permanently, they told me it's a "Visa problem" and there's nothing they can do. That doesn't sit right with me
Has anyone else experienced this? Did you find a permanent solution? I'm considering filing a CFPB complaint at this point because this is genuinely unusable
Would also love to know if Fidelity reps are just saying "Visa's fault" to get me off the phone. Feeling very frustrated and would switch cards if there's no fix.
