After the last statement I've been thinking What if it's really just a problem with a Universal and Frontier?

After the last statement I've been thinking What if it's really just a problem with a Universal and Frontier?

I've noticed that many people on this sub and Twitter think that maybe the franchise is going to be rebooted or something like that. But if that were the case, wouldn't it affect everything again in general? Something that massive would affect everyone, but mobile games keep releasing events and passes. So it's just a Frontier and Universal problem, so here are two of my theories

1)If the problem is with the Rebirth DLC, it's possible Frontier wanted to release it as a single DLC and Universal wants to split it into two.But I still doubt it would affect updates and posts that much.Unless Universal has told them something like to shut everything down until we reach an agreement

2)The second one is crazier, but what if Universal no longer wants to have relations with Frontier? This could mean that Frontier is in negotiations with Universal to retain the game's license or something. This would make more sense if they couldn't publish anything, or promise a date for when the problems would be fixed, because they don't know if they can actually be fixed.

I've seen a lot of people say "but Frontier isn't to blame, Universal is to blame".We still don't know why the franchise remained silent for over a month, and if that's Universal's fault... But now that we see that mobile games have returned to normal, this was Frontier's fault; they had a week to approve it but decided not to.There are also many who say "but Universal doesn't let them speak or doesn't let them release this dino/DLC",Why wouldn't they let them? I highly doubt Universal is so involved in the development that they're focusing on every tiny detail they're going to include.I doubt mobile games need to ask permission to include every new dinosaur, hybrid, or event.

We all want new content, but if we look closely, the franchise is possibly still in a slow start.Taking as an example the games Alive and The Game, which uploaded daily content to their social media,It seems strange to me that they aren't uploading their usual content if they already have permission to do so.I just hope it's a delay due to inactivity and that all accounts will be back to normal on Monday.
