Sharing my weightloss goal
I just had my first ozempic shot yesterday. I am currently 222 pounds. My target is 145. I had a baby last year and I stopped nursing two weeks ago.
Just starting my weightloss journey with ozempic, IF and going to the gym three times a week.
I am excited to see the result over time
