I am 27(M) pissed off in this boring corporate IT world and thinking to bring some anxiety and excitement in life. I am looking to start an Airbnb business by renting an apartment.
Places shortlisted according to priority:

1. Vrindavan
2. Noida : this is where i live and i cant relocate rn.
3. GGN

I have an initial budget of 3-4L but i am looking for some advice before entering this hospitality segment.

1. Is Airbnb is not a good business to invest in, specially in my shortlisted cities?

2. What % of investment can we expect keeping in mind that i need to give rent each month from it?

3. If i give an automated checkin checkout process and keep an assistant who will take care of the cleaning process, is it worth jumping into this business then?

4. Any other general advice?
