What's been added to Reach since launch: four features in one place

When Reach first launched, it did one thing: you typed a prompt and got a ready-to-send email, with contacts and analytics handled in the background. A lot has been added since then, so here's a rundown of four additions worth knowing about.

1. Email automations

You can set up welcome emails, drip sequences, and post-purchase flows once, and they keep running on their own. It's the shift from sending newsletters manually to having marketing that runs in the background.

2. Website and store integrations

Reach connects with WordPress, Hostinger Website Builder, and Hostinger eCommerce stores, which opens up abandoned cart follow-ups and post-purchase emails. Contacts sync automatically, so there's no exporting and importing lists between tools.

3. AI segments and personalization

You can create audience segments by describing them in plain language, or with filters if you prefer, and personalize emails with subscriber names. There's also AI Campaign Drafts, which turns a single prompt into a full campaign draft: the email template, a recommended audience, and the campaign strategy, all ready for your review.

4. Smart Sending and in-editor AI editing

Smart Sending delivers your campaign to each recipient at the time they're most likely to open, based on their past behavior. In the editor, you can select any text block and rewrite, expand, shorten, or change its tone without touching the rest of the email.

One thing to know: these features are included with paid Reach plans, so what's available depends on the plan you're on.

These are four we wanted to highlight, though plenty more has shipped alongside them. As always, our support team is around 24/7 if you want help with any of them. If you're running your email marketing on Reach, we'd like to hear how it's going: which feature has become part of your regular workflow, and is there one you'd want us to cover in more detail?

What's now built into Horizons: a quick rundown

Horizons has changed a lot since it launched, and new capabilities have been added steadily along the way. We wanted to put the main ones in one place, so if it's been a while since you last checked, here are a few of the additions worth knowing about.

1. An integrated backend

Anything involving user accounts, stored data, or logins used to mean connecting to an external service like Supabase. Horizons now includes an integrated backend, so data storage, authentication, file uploads, and automated emails run inside the platform. That covers login options like email and password, one-time codes, and single sign-on with providers such as Google or Apple. Projects built earlier on Supabase keep working as they are; using the integrated backend means starting a new project with it. More detail is in the integrated backend article.

2. Direct code access, in and out

You can now open a built-in code editor to view and manually edit your project's files inside Horizons, without exporting first. And if you want to take your project elsewhere or keep developing it locally, you can export the full codebase as a Node.js (React + Vite) project. Code export is available with an active Horizons subscription. Details are in the code editor and code export guides.

3. Built-in AI for your apps

If you want AI features inside the app you're building, like text or image generation, you no longer need a separate OpenAI or Gemini account or an API key. You describe what the feature should do, and Horizons handles the AI behind the scenes. The integrated AI guide covers what's supported.

4. More precise editing

Two additions here. Select and edit lets you click a specific element in the preview and prompt changes to just that element, which keeps the rest of the layout intact. And the visual editor lets you change static text and images directly, with rich text formatting options like bolding, colors, font sizes, and hyperlinks. See the visual editor guide for how it works.

There's more beyond these, but these four felt like the right place to start. If you have questions about any of them, our support team is available 24/7. And for those of you building with Horizons: which of these has made the biggest difference in your projects, and what do you tend to reach for first?

Hostinger weekly update #38

https://preview.redd.it/4ifrwcgetkgh1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=83b31f9834c7aac7f613a68de1bd02ae6ae0e51f

Hostinger eCommerce integration and a new form trigger for Reach 📨

We have a couple of updates from Reach this week.

We've added a Hostinger eCommerce integration: you can now connect your store to Reach directly. A new Hostinger eCommerce card is available on the Integrations page, where you pick your store from a dropdown and connect it in one click. All sales channels, including Builder, WordPress, Quick Links, TikTok, and the rest, come with the store once it's connected. From there, purchase and abandoned-cart events flow into Reach, eCommerce automations become available, and contacts who opt in at checkout are synced to Reach.

We've also introduced a new automation trigger for Reach forms, allowing users to start an automation when someone submits a selected form. This helps businesses send confirmations, event follow-ups, lead magnet emails, and similar automated responses even when the contact already exists in Reach.

Composer auto-save and crash recovery for Hostinger Webmail 📩

The composer in Hostinger Webmail now saves your in-progress draft locally and restores it after a reload, crash, or an accidentally closed tab. It works in both the popup and inline reply/forward composers. Typing in the subject or body is saved every 5 seconds, while other changes, such as editing recipients or attaching files, are saved instantly.

Smarter AI section generation in Website Builder 🏗️

We continue this quarter by improving the Website Builder. This time we've released an updated AI section generation that takes into context the whole website, business idea, and mood.

Dark theme arrives in the AI Website Builder for WordPress 💻

We've shipped a major overhaul of the color system in the AI Website Builder for WordPress, one of the most impactful improvements to site personalization since launch. Dark theme support is now available: users can now generate a dark-themed version of their AI-built site. Previously, the color engine only produced light-oriented palettes. The AI can now choose between light and dark mode based on the site's mood and industry, also taking into account indications given by users in the prompt, if any.

Kimi K3 lands in Hostinger AI Router 🤖

Hostinger Horizons Dynamic Credits: A Simple Guide

This week's post is about dynamic credits in Horizons, and more specifically, the question behind them: what decides how much a message costs?

The idea is simple. Every request needs a different amount of work from the AI, and credits follow that. Small requests cost a little, heavy builds cost more, and you can see exactly what each response used along the way.

1. What dynamic credits are

Horizons uses a dynamic credit model, which means credit usage is calculated based on the work the AI performs for each request rather than a fixed amount per message. Every message is included in the calculation, from quick questions to full builds.

2. How it works

Usage is calculated based on the computing resources and processing power your specific request requires, and deductions are fractional and precise to two decimal places. That's why you'll see amounts like 0.34 instead of whole numbers.

As a rough picture: a short, simple question might use around 0.12 credits, while requests involving heavy computation, deep analysis, or extensive code generation naturally use a higher share, closer to 2.45 or more, depending on the task. These are examples rather than fixed rates. Since every request is different, the exact amount is calculated per message, and you can always check what a specific response used (more on that below).

3. How to track your usage

Hover over the icon on any Horizons response to see exactly how many credits it used, and your balance updates in the interface right after each reply:

https://preview.redd.it/092kjedkekgh1.png?width=781&format=png&auto=webp&s=9293dc2ff85d0e79c026911ec77523b0909e1c76

For the bigger picture, open your project menu and select AI Credits Usage. You'll see your monthly balance, the next reset date, a breakdown of monthly credits vs top-up credits, and a usage chart you can filter by the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. It's a practical way to spot patterns before you run low.

4. Getting better results from your prompts

Splitting a large project into smaller, focused requests lets the AI dedicate its full attention to one piece at a time, which noticeably improves the accuracy of the results. We covered prompt structure in more depth in this earlier post if you want practical examples. And as always, if you need a hand with anything, our support team is available 24/7.

Do you check your AI Credits Usage view regularly, or only when you're running low? If you've got a habit that helps you pace your usage through the month, share it below!

CPU steal vs CPU limits on your Hostinger VPS: what each one is and what to do about it

Two terms come up when VPS performance gets discussed: CPU steal and CPU limits. They sound similar, and both affect how much CPU your server can use, but they describe completely different things happening on completely different layers

The distinction matters because the fix is different for each. Every VPS runs on a physical server alongside other VPS instances, so a small amount of CPU steal is a normal part of virtualization. Separately, if a VPS sustains high CPU usage for an extended period, an automatic limit can apply. Here is how each one works, how to tell them apart, and what you can do about both.

1. CPU steal: sharing at the hardware level

CPU steal is the time your virtual CPU spends waiting while the hypervisor services other VPS instances on the same physical machine. You can see it as the st value in top. A steal percentage between 1% and 10% is considered normal in virtualized environments: 1-3% is negligible, 4-7% may be slightly noticeable in CPU-intensive tasks, and 8-10% can cause some degradation in CPU-bound applications. To keep this in check, we run an automatic node balancer daily that monitors CPU usage across nodes and redistributes VPS instances to balance the load.

2. CPU limits: sustained high usage on your server

While temporary surges in processing power are normal during intensive tasks, sustained high usage works differently. If a VPS maintains high CPU usage for more than 180 minutes, our systems flag it, since that pattern often indicates a runaway process or a security issue. CPU capacity is automatically reduced by 25% per hour as a protection measure. So the connection between the two topics is simple: CPU steal is about activity from other servers on the node, while CPU limits are about sustained activity on your own server. One you monitor, the other you can directly manage.

3. How to find out what's using your CPU

The quickest way is to connect to your VPS via SSH and run top or htop. Both show which processes are consuming the most CPU in real time. htop is more visual and generally easier to read; if it's not installed, apt install htop (Ubuntu/Debian) or yum install htop (CentOS/AlmaLinux) takes care of it. Look for processes with high CPU% values, then optimize, restart, or stop them as needed. The st value in top also shows your current CPU steal, so you can check both things in one place.

For a longer view, Backups & Monitoring, then Server Usage in hPanel shows your resource consumption over time. Checking it every so often, rather than only after a warning appears, is the easiest way to catch a runaway process early. And if CPU usage stays high after you've optimized your server, run the VPS Malware Scanner, since malware is one possible cause of sustained high usage.

4. What to do if a CPU limit is active

You have two ways. The first is the Remove Limitations option in your VPS management panel, which you can use once per week. That gives you a working window to fix the process or adjust your configuration. The second is simply bringing CPU usage down on the server itself, for example by limiting how much CPU a specific process can use. Once usage visibly drops to normal levels, the restriction is lifted automatically, with nothing else needed on your end.

If your server is already optimized and clean but keeps reaching its limits, that usually means the project needs more resources than the current plan provides, and upgrading is worth considering at that point.

Our support team is available 24/7 if you need guidance checking your server's resource usage or understanding your options.

If you want to go deeper, these cover the same topics in more detail:

Understanding CPU Steal and Its Impact on VPS
What Is the CPU Use Limit for VPS

How do you keep an eye on your VPS performance, and what has helped you catch resource issues early? Share your tips and recommendations, whether it's a monitoring setup, a routine, or a lesson learned.

Voice input and Device Analytics in Reach 📨

We have a couple of updates from Reach this week.

We’ve released voice input! Users can now dictate their content by voice and have it transcribed straight into clean, ready-to-use text, instead of typing it all out. With optional post-processing turned on, the transcript is automatically polished: punctuation is fixed, filler words are removed, and recognition errors are corrected, all while preserving the original meaning and language. Whether users are drafting on the go or simply prefer talking over typing, they get polished text with far less effort.

On top of that, we’ve just released Device Analytics for Campaigns! Users can now see a detailed breakdown of the exact devices and operating systems their subscribers use to open emails. This gives marketers deeper insights into their audience, helping them design templates perfectly optimized for mobile, desktop, or both. Read more here.

All-folders search comes to Hostinger Webmail 📩

Webmail now supports searching across all folders! Users can toggle between searching a single folder or all folders directly in the search form, with spam and trash excluded from the results. This was one of the most requested features from our users.

Order Timeline, Product Reviews, and new sales channels for Ecommerce 🛒

We have several updates from Ecommerce this week.

Order Timeline: a new Timeline card on every order details page shows a chronological log of key order events, such as placed, paid, shipped, refunded, and canceled, each with a timestamp. Store owners can also leave private internal comments on the timeline for team notes, editable or deletable at any time and never shown to customers.

Product Reviews are now available in Quick Link stores! Previously only available for Builder and Horizons storefronts, shoppers can now read and submit reviews directly on the product page, complete with a star rating summary and a full reviews section. Merchants can manage and moderate reviews from the admin and toggle the feature on or off.

Custom sales channel (Custom storefront API) is now live. Merchants can build any frontend while keeping the catalog, orders, and checkout in sync through the Hostinger eCommerce API, with the setup page pointing to the Hostinger Connector as the fastest, AI-native way to build.

Appointments are now available in Quick Link stores! Previously limited to Website Builder storefronts, merchants can now sell appointment-based products: shoppers browse available time slots, book directly from the product page, and manage their appointments after purchase.

Credits rollover and Reach integration in Horizons 🌍

We have a couple of updates from Horizons this week.

Credits rollover and additional credit bundles: Horizons now rolls over unused subscription credits into the next month as gift credits, valid for one more month. Alongside that, the Horizons UI now displays all additional credit bundles appropriately.

Reach integration is now live in Horizons! Horizons can now detect when a user wants to collect contacts or build an audience, proactively check whether they have an active Reach plan and offer to connect it, provide a direct link to get a plan if they don’t, and connect their website to Reach so new contacts sync automatically.

Dark theme in hPanel + GitHub integration improvement 💻

Dark theme is now live in hPanel! We’re excited to share that dark theme has officially been released.

On top of that, a new improvement has been released for the GitHub integration: users can now change the GitHub repository for their website directly from the Website Dashboard’s Git section, instead of having to remove the website first. After selecting a new repository through the GitHub onboarding flow, a new deployment starts and the previous website files are overwritten from the newly connected repository.

New TLDs now available 🚀

New TLDs are now available: .country, .property, .diy, .food, .living, and .lifestyle. Users can now register domains with these TLDs and start building right away!

That’s it for this week! To see what’s coming next, check out our roadmap: https://roadmap.hostinger.com/

Hostinger weekly update #36

Smarter email creation and precise AI editing in Reach 📨

We have several updates from Reach this week.

First, we’ve redesigned the email template creation intro page, giving users clearer starting points: a cleaner layout, AI prompt suggestions to start from an idea, or the option to upload existing HTML. This helps users move faster from intent to first draft.

We’ve also released email pre-header support. Users can now set a custom pre-header text for both campaign and automation emails. This preview snippet appears next to the subject line, giving users more control over first impressions and helping boost open rates.

On top of that, AI email editing is now more precise. Users can select a single section in the preview and prompt the AI to edit just that part, keeping the rest of the template untouched and making edits faster and more predictable.

And following up on the campaign drafts update, users can now build automation drafts too, even without a connected sending domain.

Calendar invitations, 6 new languages, and flexible mailbox plans in Webmail 📩

We also have a few updates for Emails this week.

Webmail now displays a native calendar invitation card rendered directly from the ICS attachment. Emails with an invitation show a calendar badge in the email list and details header, with different colors indicating the event state, plus additional safeguards for external meeting links.

Webmail also now supports 6 new languages: Hindi, Japanese, Romanian, Spanish (Colombia), Spanish (Mexico), and Ukrainian.

Alongside that, users can now reduce the total number of allowed mailboxes in their Hostinger email plan directly from hPanel, adjusting plan capacity without cancelling or downgrading the entire subscription. Read more here.

Horizons visual editor updates 🌍

Users can now use the page selector to navigate between pages of their website in Horizons, and make multiple edits across multiple pages using the “Edit content” mode. Read more here.

Enhanced order filtering and Express Checkout in Ecommerce 🛒

The order filtering functionality has been enhanced. Users can now find orders by fulfillment status, payment status, date, product type, shipping method, country, order notes, and discounts, and can choose which filters are visible and arrange them in their preferred order via the More Filters button.

On top of that, Stripe Express Checkout is now available in Quick Link stores, letting customers complete their purchases directly from the product page. Merchants just need to configure Stripe as a payment method in Ecommerce and turn on Express Checkout; customers with a supported digital wallet will see the option automatically.

Domains updates: .uk IPS tag changes and bulk domain setup 🔓

Users can now change the IPS tag for their .uk domains directly from hPanel. A new “Change” IPS tag action is available on the Domain → Overview page, in the Transfer section, for .uk domains (.uk, .co.uk, .org.uk, etc.). Previously this required reaching out to our support team; now users can handle it themselves in a few clicks. The action is available for domains in active status, and only to the actual owner.

Also, bulk domain setup is now available in the Domain portfolio. Users can select multiple domains and trigger bulk registration via the action bar instead of handling each one individually.

Recurring commissions for Agency Partners + a new Hostinger Agents skill 🚀

Big news for the Agency Partner Program: Recurring Commissions are now live for approved Agency Partners, with 20% on new referrals (and 20% off for referred friends) and 10% on cross-sells, upgrades, and renewals. For the regular Referral Program, nothing changes on new purchases; users still earn 20% commission, and referred friends still get 20% off. The only change is that cross-sell commissions are now exclusive to Agency Partners.

Also, Hostinger Agents just shipped a fresh skill: “Remove my data from data brokers”. Tell the agent to clean up your online exposure and it will find your listings across major people-search and data-broker sites, prepare the opt-out requests (with your approval before anything is sent), and hand you a clear report of what’s done and what still needs your input. You can even set up a monthly re-scan, and it only ever removes your own data.

That’s it for this week! To see what’s coming next, check out our roadmap at roadmap.hostinger.com

Renewal prices explained: what to check before and after you buy

One question that often comes up is how renewal pricing works and why it differs from the checkout price. So this week we're covering exactly that: where to find your renewal price, how billing periods affect it, and a few things worth knowing before your renewal date.

Here's the short version: new plans come with a higher promotional price for the first billing period. The idea is to lower the starting cost, especially for people starting online, so it's easier to get a project off the ground. Once that period ends, the plan renews at the regular price. The renewal amount is shown at checkout and in hPanel, so you can check it anytime. The rest of this post covers how to make the most of it.

1. Check the renewal price before you buy

The renewal price is shown at checkout, right under the period section, before you pay anything. You can also find your exact renewal amount in hPanel under BillingSubscriptions

https://preview.redd.it/qeksvhurzrdh1.png?width=1304&format=png&auto=webp&s=1b3b782c6890fed1116259f3eeb9508a26acbd2c

2. Longer plans lock in the promo price for longer

This is the biggest way to save. The promotional price applies to your entire first billing period, so a 48-month plan means 48 months at the discounted rate before your first renewal. A 12-month plan means the renewal comes four times sooner.

On top of that, the longest period usually gives you the lowest monthly price of all the options. You can see it right in the cart when you switch between periods, which is why the 48-month option is marked as best value.

https://preview.redd.it/p0fx598tzrdh1.png?width=1172&format=png&auto=webp&s=a1d0f70b330066e469fafbfddaaa97f1b2b54fb7

3. You'll know before you're charged

We send renewal reminder emails before your subscription renews, and your next payment date and amount are always visible in hPanel

https://preview.redd.it/rcgfruiuzrdh1.png?width=1410&format=png&auto=webp&s=e9a50a0cf970e529d8f4d6dd0df4a88add4b2cdb

If you prefer not to use auto-renewal, you can turn it off via hPanel in BillingSubscriptions. Just keep in mind that your services will expire at the end of the period unless you renew manually.

Our 24/7 support team is there to help you with anything, whether that's finding a deal that fits your budget, exploring different plan options, or sorting out a refund. You don't have to figure it out alone.

How do you usually handle renewals? Set a reminder, prepay long term, or something else? Let us know below!

Hostinger Weekly Update #35

https://preview.redd.it/49ew54xriech1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=7c030d940d1c8099bce0f4bf4c77986e873d746b

Code (HTML) tab and a revamped AI Credits page for Reach 📨

We’ve introduced the Code (HTML) tab in the email template editor, giving users on the Reach 500 plan and above full control to view and edit the raw HTML behind their templates. The editor now uses a two-column layout with AI, Editor, and Code tabs, and changes render instantly on the live email preview. Users can upload or paste their own markup, auto-format it with Beautify, and copy personalization tokens right inside the Code tab, with the HTML structure validated on save.

We’ve also reworked the Reach AI Credits page in hPanel with a new design and updated copy. It now clearly explains what AI Credits are, where they can be used, and that they work as one shared balance across Reach AI features. Users were often unsure about this, and the update makes the section easier to understand at a glance while keeping the interface clean and lightweight.

Hostinger Connector v1.3.1 adds WordPress MCP 🚀

We’ve added WordPress MCP to the connector, bringing 19 new tools for installing, updating, and managing WordPress plugins and themes, all from your AI chat. You’ll find it under the Websites section in the extension. Just connect and ask your assistant things like “install Yoast SEO on my site” or “update all WordPress plugins.”

Custom sender domains for Ecommerce 🛒

Standalone store owners can now use any domain they own on Hostinger as the sender for their transactional emails, such as order confirmations and shipping updates. In Settings → Emails, users can pick any of their owned Hostinger domains from a dropdown, so transactional emails are sent from a branded address like orders@yourdomain.com instead of the default Hostinger address.

Horizons now supports PDFs 🌍

Horizons can now take PDFs as input and build websites based on the file content, a nice update that makes the experience even smoother for users starting from existing materials.

Full CLI access and a new AI Usage page for OpenClaw and Hermes 💻

OpenClaw and Hermes customers on Managed applications now have full command-line flexibility within their environments, with security enforced through isolated storage boundaries reviewed and approved by our security team.

We’ve also taken a first step towards the AI Router release with a new Usage page, giving users better transparency and visibility into their AI usage across OpenClaw, the Hermes agent, or any other external integration.

Hostinger partners with Patchstack 🛡️

We’ve shipped the first phase of our Patchstack partnership integration, bringing threat protection visibility directly into hPanel. A dedicated Patchstack section is now visible at the bottom of the hPanel WP Security page, with a CTA linking to their landing page for Hostinger customers, and users browsing the hPanel Marketplace now see a Patchstack banner with the offer. Hostinger Weekly Update #34

Deploy Node.js websites from public GitHub repositories + Hostinger Connector in onboarding 🚀

A new improvement has been released to the Node.js website deployments flow — the ability to deploy an application from a public GitHub repository has been introduced. Users can simply drop the link of a public repository, and we will deploy it under their account on Hostinger. We'll also run a check to make sure the provided repository link is a valid one and not a private link.

On top of that, we'll automatically create a new repository for the user to deploy their application — users will be able to select the name of the repository and whether it should be a private or public repository. Note: right now this is available for the GitHub flow for Node.js websites. A new change has also been added to Node.js onboarding — we've added a 3rd selection for how users can create their Node.js websites: using Hostinger Connector. When a user selects the “Hostinger Connector” option, they'll be directed to select what IDE they want to install it on.

Manage OpenClaw and Hermes environment variables in hPanel 💻

We've added an easy way to manage environment variables straight from hPanel for OpenClaw and Hermes. Users can change their token/password from here (deletion is not allowed for these specific variables), see what they currently have, and add any other secrets that their agents might need. Read more here.

Quick unsubscribe support in Hostinger Webmail 📩

An update from our Emails product — quick unsubscribe support in Webmail. When an email supports it, we now show an “Unsubscribe” button inside Webmail, allowing users to more easily discover and perform the unsubscribe action with just one click, without going to an external site. Supported for all plans.

Editing a Horizons site now feels better 🌍

We just made editing a Horizons site feel better! Users can now edit any text right on their site with rich text formatting (bold, color, size, links), along with draft + history. Shipped across all websites. Read more here.

Google Tag replaces Google Ads integration in Website Builder 🏗️

We're replacing the Google Ads integration in Website Builder with Google Tag, which supports a wider range of Google tracking and advertising tags. This follows Google discontinuing the embedded Google Ads integration app as part of their shift toward more integrated, AI-powered tools within partner platforms. For existing users, the connection between Google Ads and their sites stays live via Google Tag. Read more here.

Analytics widget + sales channel filter for Hostinger Ecommerce 🛒

Improvements from Ecommerce! A new analytics widget on the Overview dashboard shows key store metrics without needing to navigate to the full Analytics section. Each metric has a sparkline chart showing daily performance across the selected period — users can hover over any day to see the exact value for that date, and a comparison badge (e.g. +165% vs previous week) shows how the current period stacks up against the previous one.

We've also added a sales channel filter — a new “Currently viewing” dropdown lets users filter analytics and recent orders by a specific sales channel. It defaults to All sales channels, so there's no change in existing behavior, and selecting a channel updates both the analytics widget and the recent orders list in real time.

Hostinger Weekly Update #33

https://preview.redd.it/r1f4tzk9ym9h1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=d7b039d8c5dbdf32876f25820274ecd2a3cbfc87

Email updates: free claim for any domain & ChatGPT integration 📩

Free email claim no longer requires an active website. Users with an eligible hosting plan can now claim their free email on any domain they own, even if there's no website built under it yet. Previously, a website had to exist for that domain before the claim was possible. Hosting plan email limits still apply as before. [read more]

On top of that, users can now connect Hostinger Mail with ChatGPT to interact with their mailbox directly through the ChatGPT interface — inspect folders, read and search messages, and send emails without leaving the app. It also opens the door to automations such as daily inbox summaries, follow-up reminders, and auto-drafted replies based on mailbox activity. [read more]

GitHub integration improvements & Hostinger Connector v1.2.3 🚀

A new improvement has been released for GitHub integration in hPanel. Users who have previously connected a GitHub account can now easily log back in if they've been signed out, or disconnect from their GitHub account entirely. After logging back in, both automatic and manual deployments will resume as expected. GitHub connections can also be managed via profile details in hPanel. [read more]

Alongside that, we've released Hostinger Connector for IDEs — v1.2.3, which brings a completely redesigned UI with a clearer, more user-friendly experience. The extension now automatically checks whether Node.js is installed and offers a one-click installation option if it’s missing. There’s also a new overview of available MCPs showing which are enabled and which are disabled, with tooltips explaining how each one supports daily workflows, along with a tool count per MCP to help users stay within the recommended limit. Previously, non-technical users could easily miss hidden requirements like needing Node.js installed — this update makes the experience significantly more transparent and guided directly inside the IDE.

Logs AI analysis for Hermes & OpenClaw 💻

Users can now make sense of what they see in their application logs with the help of AI. The Logs AI analysis feature is available for both Hermes and OpenClaw, helping users understand log output and troubleshoot issues without having to parse raw log entries manually. [read more]

Hostinger eCommerce added to Hostinger Connector 🛒

Hostinger eCommerce is now integrated into the Hostinger Connector, making it possible to manage stores with AI. The following is available today: eCommerce management APIs, and 7 eCommerce MCP tools live in the Connector — Create store (spin up a new store with its primary sales channel), List stores (see all stores on your account), Delete store (soft-delete a store, with data preserved), Create physical product (publish a physical product with a priced variant), Create digital product (publish a digital product with an optional download link), Set shipping (set a flat-rate shipping price, where 0 = free shipping), and Enable manual payments (accept orders without an online payment provider).

Hostinger Weekly Update #32

https://preview.redd.it/07uxu09oy88h1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=fceae8be2dafe8e690d4c6160b958dce88721d31

AI-powered forms, one-click copy rewrites, and a new campaign creation flow for Reach 📨

Reach just got a lot more capable. You can now create signup forms in minutes using AI — describe what you need and let AI build a professional, on-brand form for you, or customize it manually if you prefer full control. Embed it anywhere: custom websites, WordPress, Builder, or Horizons, with ready-to-use code and step-by-step instructions included. Every form also comes with a shareable URL preview, so you can post it directly to socials and start growing your list right away.

We've also added the ability to rewrite text with AI. Select any text inside your email template and instantly refine it using AI — improve clarity, shift the tone, trim it down, expand on an idea, or write your own prompt for fully custom edits, all without leaving the editor.

You can now also see exactly where your audience engages. The new campaign click map gives you a visual, interactive breakdown of where recipients clicked after you hit send. Spot your most engaging content, understand how users move through your email, and use those insights to make every next campaign better.

We've also rolled out a new AI-powered campaign draft. Describe what you want to promote, optionally provide images or links, and receive a complete AI-generated campaign draft — including an email template, subject line, and suggested recipient segment. This shifts AI from generating individual assets to acting as a full strategic campaign assistant, helping you go from idea to campaign draft in a single flow.

Everything in Hostinger Reach is built around one idea: you shouldn't need a marketing team to do great email marketing. These updates bring you one step closer to that.

Automatic replies, Gravatar support, and Agentic Mail for all plans in Hostinger Webmail 📩

Automatic replies are now available directly in Webmail — users can set up and manage auto-replies without leaving the app.

We've also added Gravatar support for profile pictures. If your email address has a Gravatar, it now appears as your profile avatar automatically — no setup needed. If you don't have one, nothing changes. Note: newly created mailboxes won't show a Gravatar until the domain is fully propagated.

Agentic Mail is now available on all Hostinger Email plans, previously limited to the Premium plan

Credit spend visibility for Hostinger Agents ✨

Users can now see how many credits each chat message costs directly in Agents. After each message, a credits icon shows the spend for that interaction. Hovering over it gives you the breakdown, and clicking opens the top-up dialog. A small but useful addition for staying on top of your usage.

Hermes version update, 50 GB storage, and application logs for Hermes & OpenClaw 💻

A new Hermes version is out, bringing bug fixes (including the offline status display issue in hPanel) and new features: Telegram integration, model selection for all providers — not just Nexos — and no more duplicate onboarding in the Hermes dashboard. Both Hermes and OpenClaw dashboards also have a refreshed layout with a dedicated AI provider section and a restructured knowledge base.

Customers can now upgrade app storage to 50 GB for Hermes Agent and OpenClaw straight from hPanel, and application logs for both apps are now visible in hPanel — helpful for troubleshooting when things don't go as expected.

Node.js Supabase connection and Domain Shield expansion 🚀

Node.js Hosting now supports Supabase database connections via OAuth. Connect a new or existing Supabase database directly from hPanel, and all required environment variables will be automatically added to your next deployment. Your application code must already support the database — no code changes are made on Hostinger's end.

Domain Shield is now available for more TLDs. This premium security add-on covers expiry protection, online presence safeguards, and mandatory 2FA for high-risk changes. It now extends to .online, .store, .space, .xyz, .cloud, .ai, .digital, .fun, .info, .io, .net, .org, .pro, .site, .shop, and .tech.

Introducing Hostinger Ecommerce — and what's new this week 🛒

Hostinger Ecommerce is our AI-powered online store platform — built to give sellers a fast, flexible way to launch and run shops wherever customers discover, decide, and buy. Whether you're setting up your first store or managing multiple storefronts, it's designed to get you selling without the usual complexity.

This week, we've released a unified store settings page that brings business identity, regional settings, and contact details together in one place — no more hunting across separate menus.

AI demo products and chat-based product management for Horizons eCommerce 🌍

Two updates for the Horizons eCommerce experience this week. Every new store now gets ~6 AI-generated demo products tailored to the store's theme — with AI-generated images included — instead of the same generic placeholders. And users can now manage products directly from chat: create, update, or delete single or multiple products via prompts. Describe what you want, let AI generate the details and image, or attach your own. Works for physical, service, and donation product types.
