My phone suddenly has a white screen and seems unresponsive. I've tried force restarting it and it doesn't seem to work, all it shows is another white screen unlike whatever I've been told what it should show. I need help, I do NOT want to lose my files here as they are way important than my entire life, these are really relevant to my work and I do not want to lose them.

I am on IoS 18.6.2 (from what I last remembered), is there any other way other than resetting the phone to default? or is it a hardware issue?
