I just moved from one state to another state, my manager told me the store was in a transition period where she just recently took over less than 6 months ago and she is trying to rebuild. SHE HEAVILY UNDER SOLD HOW MUCH SHE NEEDED TO REBUILD. I have been a 5 year partner and I never worked in a store that is so disorganized, and has workers who either hate their job immensely or hate the manager. Everyone I work with is a partner of a year or close to a year. That or they are literally just off training which most of them have had cut short and they have 0 idea what they are doing and walk around like chickens with their heads cut off. I literally just got promoted and have training starting soon to be a supervisor but I don’t think I want to work at Starbucks anymore, I definitely didn’t prior to working at this store and this store just confirmed everything I already felt I thought maybe a change of scenery would change how I felt. I wanted to quit before because of the customers, but now I want to quit because of the management and employees. I LITERALLY CAN NOT WIN.
