Baby Robin Can't Fly and Lost It's Mom

I have a baby robin in my yard who has feathers but cannot fly. It has been calling out for the last three hours and no sign of a guardian. I'm afraid it has been abandoned or its parents are deceased. It's going to be dark soon. What should I do? I'm afraid a cat or possum will get it overnight. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA
