going to bali with 14 people - what tools/tips/apps/websites?

singaporean here, heading to bali this july with a group of 14. logistics at this scale are already giving me a headache so I'm trying to get everything sorted before we fly lol.

for expenses, some people have recommended splitlah as a solid free alternative to Splitwise (scans receipts and generates a paynow QR for everyone)

beyond that, I'm really open to any app/website/hack recommendations that's helped ur group stay sane - whether that's:

- Itinerary planning / keeping everyone on the same page

- Finding good cafes, restaurants, hidden gems in Bali

- Booking, transport, anything practical on the ground

- any other expense tracking/bill splitting alternatives?

we're a mix of foodies and beach people so recs on both fronts are very welcome. Would love to hear what's actually worked for people rather than just the top google results. thanks!

splitting food bill?

do u guys normally split the bill among friends/colleagues when eating out in sg? at hai di lao for example - so many dishes, personally i find it very troublesome to calculate what each person ate especially for large groups of 10+ ppl
