Hello!

I’m 5 days post Botox and I’m absolutely miserable. The first two days were rough as I had side effects from the anesthesia. I started burping on day 3, yay! However, the burps have been excessive and when I have a regular gurgle where I can’t turn it into a burp… oh my hell it’s 10x as bad as it was prior. Also, as someone with severe emetophobia, the gurgles are so bad that I feel like I’m going to vomit. I have to sit in bed all day. I can only physically get up for about 5 minutes because the gurgles are so bad and right now I can only burp sitting down. The burps only give me one second of relief and then more air keeps coming up and not everything turns into a burp. Please tell me this gets better!!!
